1. Service Description

TimeWeave+ (hereinafter referred to as "this App") is a personal productivity and time management application that provides the following services:

• Task and Reminder Management: Create, edit, manage, and complete tasks and reminders
• Smart Triggers: Automatic reminder features based on location
• Time Letters: Write letters to your future self
• Data Synchronization: Data synchronization through iCloud (optional feature)

This App is developed and operated by the TimeWeave+ team (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us").

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using this App, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please stop using this App immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you in the App. Continued use of the App indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

3. User Accounts and Data

3.1 Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for protecting the security of your device and account
• You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
• You must not share your account information with others

3.2 Data Ownership

• You own all content you create (tasks, reminders, notes, etc.)
• You have the right to export or delete your data at any time
• We will not access, use, or share your personal data unless required by law

3.3 Data Backup

• We strongly recommend that you regularly back up your data
• If you use the iCloud sync feature, data will be stored in your iCloud account
• We are not responsible for any losses caused by device failures, data loss, or other reasons

4. Usage Rules

When using this App, you agree to:

• Legal Use: Use this App only for lawful purposes and not for any illegal activities
• No Service Interference: Do not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or bypass the security features of this App
• No Feature Abuse: Do not abuse any features of this App, including but not limited to creating large amounts of spam data, maliciously triggering notifications, etc.
• Respect Others: Do not use this App to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Comply with Laws: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 App Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights of this App (including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, copyrights) belong to us
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this App
• Without our written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of this App

5.2 User Content

• You retain full ownership of all content you create
• By using this App, you grant us the necessary permissions to store and display your content, solely for the purpose of providing App services
• We will not use your content for any other purposes

6. Service Availability and Changes

6.1 Service Availability

• We strive to ensure continuous availability of services but do not guarantee that services will not be interrupted
• We may suspend or interrupt services for maintenance, updates, or other reasons
• We are not responsible for any losses caused by service interruptions

6.2 Feature Changes

• We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time
• We may update the App to improve features, fix bugs, or meet legal requirements
• For significant feature changes, we will try to notify users in advance

7. Third-Party Services

This App may use the following third-party services:

• Apple iCloud: For data synchronization (optional feature), subject to Apple's Terms of Service
• iOS System Services: Notification, etc., subject to Apple's Terms of Service

When using these third-party services, you need to comply with their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or content of third-party services.

8. Disclaimer

8.1 Service Provided "As Is"

• This App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties
• We do not guarantee that the service will meet all your needs, or that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• We do not guarantee that the results obtained through this App are accurate or reliable

8.2 Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this App
• We are not responsible for any losses caused by:
  • Device failures or data loss
  • Network connection issues
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • User errors
  • Force majeure events

9. Service Termination

9.1 User Termination

• You may stop using this App and delete it at any time
• Before deleting the App, please ensure that important data has been backed up
• After deleting the App, local data will be cleared, but data in iCloud (if synced) will remain in your iCloud account

9.2 Our Termination

• If you violate these Terms of Service, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of this App
• If we need to stop the service, we will try to notify users in advance
• After service termination, you have the right to export your data

10. Age Restrictions

This App is intended for users aged 13 and above. If you are under 13, please use this App under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete such information.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (if applicable).

11.2 Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation
• If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction in our location

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of this App, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.

12.2 Severability

If any part of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully effective.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

You may not assign any rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these terms at any time.
