HabitLight App – Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how HabitLight (“the App”) collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not actively collect or upload any personal information.

All data you enter (tasks, points, reflections, rewards, etc.) is stored on your device and is visible only to you.

2. How We Use Information

Data in the App is used only to:

• Show task progress and statistics;
• Let parents see their child’s progress;
• Generate local charts and reports.

The developer does not have access to this data.

3. Children’s Privacy

• The App is designed to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
• Accounts and profiles should be created and managed by a parent or guardian.
• The App does not collect or transmit any sensitive data from children.

4. Data Security

• Data is stored only on your device (and, if you choose, in your own backup or cloud).
• You can export, backup, or delete all data at any time.
• The developer does not keep any copy of your data.

5. In-App Purchases and Payment

• Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store.
• The App does not handle or see any payment details.
• Payment security is provided by Apple.

6. Third-Party Services

• The App does not currently use any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
• If third-party services are added in the future, this will be clearly stated in release notes.

7. Your Rights

You can at any time:

• View, edit, or delete all local data in the App;
• Uninstall the App to remove all stored data.
